Polypharmacy decision support

Detect. Prioritize.
Understand.

PolySafe helps you identify clinically important interactions — between medicines, conditions, food, drinks and even lab tests — and gives you pharmacist-oriented guidance, so you can see what actually deserves attention first.

Check interactions

Add anything on this patient's list — medicines, a condition, a food/drink, or a lab test — then analyze.

Add items above, then select Analyze to see prioritized findings here.

🎯

Polypharmacy focused

Built for real patients on several medicines at once, not one drug pair at a time.

🧭

Prioritizes what matters

Contraindicated and Major findings surface first — everything else stays out of the way.

🩺

Pharmacist-oriented

Every finding opens into risk, mechanism, monitoring and pharmacist considerations.

🗂️

Beyond drug-drug

Also checks drug–disease, drug–food/drink, and drug–lab test interactions.

📚

Curated, not guessed

Every record is traceable to labeling or literature — nothing is invented on the fly.

Why PolySafe, when checkers already exist?

Most checkers answer

"Does Drug A interact with Drug B?" — leaving you to sort through a flat list of alerts yourself.

PolySafe is built around

"Which interaction in this list matters most, why does it matter, and what should a pharmacist consider?"

PolySafe is a prototype built on a deliberately limited, curated dataset — it is not a replacement for DrugBank, Micromedex, Medscape or a pharmacist's professional judgment. A pair with no record shown means "not yet reviewed," never "confirmed safe."
